Why I do what I do.

Who This Work Is For

I get some version of the same question in almost every first conversation: "Am I actually sick enough for this?"

It's usually asked by someone who looks, from the outside, like they have it together. A founder still hitting every deadline. An executive who hasn't missed a board meeting in years. A parent who gets everyone else fed, dressed, and out the door every single morning. Successful by every visible measure — and quietly running on empty.

If that sounds familiar, this work is for you.

The pattern I see over and over
There's a specific type of person who ends up in my practice, and it isn't the person in crisis. It's the person who has pushed themselves to the edge of what their body can sustain, usually for years, and has finally hit a wall they can't push through with willpower alone.

They've tried "everything." A new supplement stack. A better morning routine. Cutting caffeine, then adding it back. Therapy that helped, but didn't fully explain the fatigue. Bloodwork that keeps coming back "normal" despite feeling anything but. They're not looking for someone to tell them to sleep more — they know that already. They're looking for someone to help them understand why their body stopped cooperating with the pace they've always been able to sustain.

A composite story
The details below are a composite, not any single client — but the pattern is real and I see it constantly.
They come in as a founder in their late 30s or early 40s. Their company is doing well. Their calendar is full. Their labs, on paper, are unremarkable. But they're exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix, they've noticed their patience thinning with people they love, and there's a nagging sense that their body is sending signals they've been too busy to actually listen to.

We don't start with a supplement list. We start with their actual story — sleep, stress load, nervous system history, what "success" has cost them physically over the years that no one ever asked about. Functional testing often reveals what standard panels miss: nutrient depletion, inflammatory markers, a nervous system stuck in a sympathetic state for so long it forgot what regulation felt like.
The work that follows isn't a 30-day reset. It's root-cause, systems-level change — nutrition, movement, nervous system regulation, and often addressing patterns that started long before the burnout ever became visible. What changes isn't just energy. It's how they lead, how they parent, how they show up in the relationships that matter most.

Who this is — and isn't — for
This work is for people who are ready to take full responsibility for their own healing, guided by real medical expertise rather than generic wellness advice. Founders and executives who understand their company's dysfunction often mirrors their own. Parents trying to bring calm to a dysregulated household by starting with their own regulation. Anyone who's tried the conventional path and still doesn't feel like themselves.

I do offer a 21-day kick-start program for people who want a structured entry point, and it's real — inflammatory markers can start shifting within 72 hours of the right intervention. But I want to be honest about what that number means and what it doesn't. A 72-hour shift in a lab marker is a signal that the body is responding, not a finish line. It's the spark, not the fire.
Not everyone is ready for a full program on day one, and that's fine. Sometimes the first step is just a question — a 15-minute conversation about what's actually going on, before you commit to anything bigger.

It isn't a replacement for emergency or acute medical care, and it isn't a quick fix. If you're looking for a protocol you can follow for three weeks and be done, this isn't that — the 21-day kick-start is a beginning, not the work itself. I work with people who are ready for real change, sustainable change: the kind that holds up six months and six years from now, not just the next lab draw. If you're ready for a body that actually functions, a mind that can rest, and a sustainable map back to your own vitality — that's exactly what this is built for.

The question isn't "am I sick enough"

The question is whether you're ready to stop managing symptoms and start understanding the system underneath them. Every person I've described above thought they had to wait for something to get dramatically worse before they "deserved" help. None of them needed to wait that long — and neither do you.
