Miso Nutritional yeast White vinegar Blend and add water, thinning to desired thickness Add paprika, cayenne, turmeric and or cumin. Pickled jalapeno would be good too. |

Celery stalk (and leaves) Green olives with pimento Dill pickles Celery seed Black pepper White vinegar Pickle brine Olive brine Red onion (optional) Dulse seaweed flakes (optional) Combine drained seeds, brines, vinegar and 1/3 of the celery/pickles/olives in a food processor. Stir in remaining additions. |

Blueberry Bliss Balls |

Blueberry syrup (boiled blueberries with coconut sugar, salt, lemon juice) Slivered raw almonds Almond protein powder (just almonds, powder form) Hemp hearts Raw rolled oats Roll into balls. Chill. |
Banana Nicecream |
Ingredients
Frozen bananas Soaked raw cashews Coconut sugar Coconut milk Vanilla extract Miso paste Blend until smooth. Transfer into a bread loaf pan. Freeze. Scoop and enjoy. |
Roasted Peach Puree |
Ingredients
Fresh peaches Coconut sugar Salt Cinnamon Place ingredients together on baking tray and bake at 400 until caramelized. Let cool. Blend until smooth. Pour over banana nicecream. |
Chia Protein Bites |
Ingredients
Chia seeds Vanilla protein powder Cacao powder Maple syrup Combine all ingredients into a bowl, stir and add water until you get a thick paste. Allow to sit and chia seeds to bloom. Roll into quarter size pieces, pressing your finger into the center. Bake at 350 for 10-15min until soft but no longer tacky. Let cool and store in the fridge. |
